Purpose of Certification
Food Contact Materials (FCM) certification aims to establish China's national food safety standards system for products in contact with food, and to manage the safety of food contact materials under the Food Safety Law of China.
Certification Overview
Those who intend to manufacture or distribute food contact materials (FCM) in China must submit conformity data for substances listed or approved under China's national food safety standards, or conduct conformity assessment for new food contact substances.
