Purpose of Certification
CE (MD — Machinery Directive) certification aims to demonstrate compliance with Essential Health & Safety Requirements related to the design and manufacture of machinery in order to improve machinery safety.
Certification Overview
This is a certification scheme demonstrating conformity with standards required under the Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC). Depending on the product, a Declaration of Conformity (DoC) or Certificate of Conformity (CoC) from a Notified Body must be obtained before CE marking and placing the product on the market.

- Business registration certificate (English)
- Product specification or user manual and other product description documents

- Guidelines or standards related to essential health and safety requirements
- (If required) Other documents as requested
Remarks
Validity Period
For CoC procedures, review of technical documentation and related materials is conducted in accordance with Notified Body (NB) regulations.
Marking Requirements
After obtaining DoC or CoC, CE marking may be applied and the product placed on the market in accordance with the Machinery Directive.
